Getting Free Access to KIRCT REDCap

Step 1: Watch the Required Training Videos

Step 2: Complete the Application Form
After watching the training videos, you will need to fill out the KIRCT REDCap access request form. The form requires the following details:
- Project/Research Title – Provide the title of your study or project.
- Principal Investigator’s Name – Enter the name of the lead researcher overseeing the project.
- IRB/REC Approval Number – If applicable, provide the Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval number for ethical clearance.

Step 3: Submit Your Application
Once you have completed the form, submit it as instructed. Your application will be reviewed, and if approved, you will receive access credentials via mail.
Step 4: Receive Login Credentials
If your request is granted, you will receive two emails:
- First Email: This will contain your username and a prompt to create your password.
- Second Email: You will be notified that access to your project design page has been granted, allowing you to start setting up your study.
